Photography packages
Cars and motorsport are where I want to take my photography, but I'm open to other shoots too. The packages below are a starting point for personal sessions. For an event or business shoot, tell me what you have in mind and I'll put together a quote.

How it works

Tell me about it
Send through what you need photographed, where, and roughly when. I'll reply with availability and a quote.

Plan the shoot
We'll agree on the date, location, and what to photograph. A 25% deposit holds the booking. I'm usually available on weekends and weekday evenings.

Get your photos
Personal-session galleries arrive within three weeks, with full-resolution and web-sized files. Business and event delivery dates are agreed in the quote.

FAQs
Which package should I choose?
Start with how much time you think you need. Session is 1.5 hours at one location, Extended is three hours, and Full day is up to six. You don't need to know before getting in touch. Tell me about the shoot and I'll help you choose.
Do these packages have to be for a car?
No. I'm particularly interested in cars and motorsport, but I'm open to portraits and other personal shoots. If you need photos for a business or an event, send me the details so I can quote for that.
Can we shoot at a venue or private property?
Yes, if we have permission to photograph there. Let me know the venue when you enquire so we can check access before booking.
What if it rains?
If the weather means we can't do the outdoor shoot we planned, we can move it once at no extra cost. If you cancel after that, the deposit isn't refundable, but you can put it towards a new date within three months.
Is travel included?
Travel within about 50 km of Newcastle is included. If the shoot is further away, I'll include the travel cost in your quote before you book.
When do I pay?
A 25% deposit holds your date. The rest is due when I deliver your photos.
What if I need to cancel?
If you cancel more than 14 days before the shoot, you can move your deposit to a new date within three months. If you cancel within 14 days, you lose the deposit.
How can I use the photos?
Personal packages include your own website, social accounts, and prints. I keep copyright and may share some photos in my portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing. If a business or another organisation wants to use the photos, we'll need to agree on that separately.
When will I get my photos?
Within three weeks of the shoot. If you need them sooner, ask before booking. Delivery within 72 hours costs an extra $150 and depends on my schedule. For business shoots and events, the delivery date will be in your quote.
