Event coverage

From $350 for two hours, then $150 per additional hour. Roughly 60 edited images per two hours, same three week delivery.

Priced by the hour because a 90-minute product launch and a six-hour meet are the same job at different lengths. Two-hour minimum.

How it works

  1. Brief

    You tell me what you need, where, and roughly when. I come back with availability and a quote.

  2. Shoot

    We lock the date, location and shot list. A 25% deposit holds it. Weekends and weekday evenings are the usual availability.

  3. Delivery

    Your gallery arrives within three weeks of the shoot. Full-res and web sizes, ready to use.

FAQs
How do I choose a package?

Match the coverage to the job. One subject or a tight brief usually fits Session. Most brand and automotive work lands on Extended. Full day is for launches, venue fit-outs or building a larger library. Events are hourly. If you are unsure, say what you are shooting and I will point you at the right one.

What happens if the weather turns?

Outdoor shoots can be rescheduled once at no cost if the weather makes the brief impossible. If you need to cancel after that, the deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to a new date within three months.

Do you travel, and what does it cost?

Newcastle and Lake Macquarie are home base. Travel within about 50 km is included. Further afield, including Port Stephens and the Central Coast, is quoted based on distance and timing.

How do deposits and cancellation work?

A 25% deposit locks the date. The balance is due on delivery. Cancel more than 14 days out and the deposit can be moved to a new date within three months. Inside 14 days the deposit is forfeited.

Who owns the images, and how can I use them?

You get usage rights for your own website, social and print. I keep copyright and may use selects in my portfolio and marketing unless we agree otherwise in writing. Licensing for paid advertising or third-party use can be arranged.

Can you quote custom or ongoing work?

Yes. Retainers, multi-day campaigns and briefs that do not fit a fixed session are quoted separately. Start with a message on the contact page and we will work it out.

How fast is delivery, and is rush available?

Standard delivery is three weeks from the shoot. Rush inside 72 hours is available for an additional $150 when the schedule allows.
