Congratulations on making it to my about page. I've never been one for writing about myself, but here goes.
Who you're talking to
I started my career out as a graphic designer before moving into web development, then photography. I've always been creative in some way, and I still write code full time. In fact, this site is one I built myself.
I grew up in Newcastle and lived in Sydney for a little over three years, now back in Newcastle.
How I got here
Before taking things seriously, I shot with my iPhone. A fancy camera won't teach you the rules of photography.
Once I realised this was my passion, I bought my first digital camera, a Nikon D3500, toward the start of COVID, and fell even more in love with the process. More recently, I went all in with a Sony A7IV, and I'm loving the results.
I had always wanted to take photographs and create content, similarly I had also always found a reason not to start. The work since then is the argument against waiting until I felt ready.

Brief
You tell me what you need, where, and roughly when. I come back with availability and a quote.

Shoot
We lock the date, location and shot list. A 25% deposit holds it. Weekends and weekday evenings are the usual availability.

Delivery
Your gallery arrives within three weeks of the shoot. Full-res and web sizes, ready to use.
